The Carey Hagglund Condy Team provides home buyers with the strategies to become more comfortable with the process of buying their first home. Carey Hagglund Condy has helped dozens of first-time home buyers. Additionally, two of our team members, Kaitlin Gilbert and Shiloh Gordon are themselves, first-time home buyers.

We also help buyers understand their financial capability, their desired housing criteria, tools for success, how to qualify for a mortgage, explain the different types of mortgages, the prequalification process, and the underwriting process.

Carey Hagglund Condy raised her adult daughters in Kentfield. Carey knows the Kentfield and Ross Schools well. Steve Marsh knows Mill Valley having been born and raised there.  Kaitlin Lopin Gilbert grew up in San Anselmo and now lives in Fairfax. Carli Beaumont has lived in Corte Madera for several years.  Shiloh Gordon lives San Rafael with his wife and two middle and high school kids.
